Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using AfterPod ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AfterPod is a SaaS tool that processes user-provided text transcripts and generates derivative content using third-party AI models. The Service is text-only; we do not process audio or video.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the transcripts you submit and of the AI-generated outputs you produce. You are responsible for having the rights to the transcripts you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund on new paid subscriptions. Email support@afterpod.info to request one.

7. AI outputs

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your account for material breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfterPod is provided "as is" without warranty. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
